Courts
Players of all ages and levels of ability are welcome to enjoy the Tennis courts at Parkwood Village Condos. Whether you are a beginner, junior or long-time contender, you will have extensive opportunities to enjoy and develop your game practicing on our courts.
Residents can arrange a game or play for pleasure by simply visiting the courts to see if they are occupied. The tennis courts are restricted to residents of Parkwood village and are at your disposal to enjoy.
Car Wash
Parkwood Village Condo’s offers you the convenience and easy access to our onsite car wash, located at the entrance to the grounds. Self serve and easy to use, our car wash offers all the necessities you would require for maintaining the look and feel of your vehicle.
Located at the entrance to Parkwood Village, the car wash also features two garage bays with fully functional amenities in order to better serve our residents.
Walking
Trails
Parkwood's property runs along Clarington's Millennium trail, offering residents 1.5 kms of trails that wind through woodlands, meadows and across water ways.
Rec Centre
Enjoy our large recreation room available to all owners at Parkwood Village. The recreation centre designated as the party room includes a veranda, adjoining patio and barbeque area. As well as coat closets, washrooms, and a kitchen, including appliances and amenities. Also supplied are nine (9) tables, six (6) card tables,, silverware, chinaware, waste containers and cleaning equipment.
Security
Parkwood Village features locked mail and garbage rooms that are only accessible for residents. Parkwood is also equipped with a CCTV video surveillance system and employs a local security company.
